Booking Terms:
  A 10,000 baht refundable deposit is required after confirmation that the dates requested   are    available.

  1. After confirmation that the dates are available an emailed paypal request for the       reservation deposit will be issued which you can pay securely by credit card.
  2. At Check in time the rental fee is payable in Cash - Thai Baht (only) OR for your      convenience the entire rental fee can be paid by credit card - this will be added to the      paypal request for deposit.
  3. At check in time the reservation fee will become your refundable security deposit.
